Fair Wage Policy definition

Fair Wage Policy means the Fair Wage Policy approved by Council, as amended from time to time;
Fair Wage Policy means the City’s Fair Wage Policy and Fair Wage Schedule, as amended from time to time (available on the City of Brampton’s website) ;

  • For Fixed Price Work, the Contractor Records shall be of sufficient detail for the Owner to ascertain the Contractor’s compliance with the Fair Wage Policy, if any.

  • The Fair Wage Policy does not apply to Contractors and Sub-Contractors performing work pursuant to grant agreements with third parties.
