Fair Processing Notice definition

Fair Processing Notice means the notice containing the information required to be provided to a Data Subject by the Data Protection Legislation “Group” any subsidiary or holding company (as defined in section 1159 Companies Act 2006) of MedCo from time to time; “MedCo Audit Guide” audit guide published by MedCo on their website at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇ as amended by MedCo from time to time.
