Failed Delivery definition

Failed Delivery has the meaning given in Clause 2 Part B.
Failed Delivery means an order that is cancelled for unsuccessfully execution due to: i) the delivery address (either physical or email) provided by the End User or by GRAB being incorrect; ii) where acceptance of delivery of the Goods is required, the End User being unable to accept the Goods; iii) where the Goods is a physical product, the End User refusing to accept the delivery of the Goods in accordance with the Policies; or iv) where the End User remain uncontactable after various attempts (the number of delivery attempts will be determined by the relevant carrier).

Examples of Failed Delivery in a sentence

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package.

  • If a Failed Delivery is not the result of an Excused Failure, then AWA shall have all rights and remedies under this Agreement for such Failed Delivery.

  • All Orders will be handled in accordance with our Returns and Failed Delivery Policies.

  • Lazada will not be responsible for any risk or be liable for any claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, losses, cost or damage in connection with any Failed Delivery and Returned Products (including due to a threatened recall) and will claim all costs incurred in that respect from you.

  • In case of Failed Delivery: (a) where received by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Sales Proceeds will be refunded to the Buyer; and (b) where received by you, the Net Proceeds will be refunded to Lazada.

  • If the Aircraft that is the subject of a Failed Delivery is not delivered within 90 days after the Scheduled Delivery Date, then AWA shall have the option to elect not to include such Aircraft under this Agreement by providing written notice to Mesa at any time prior to the actual delivery of such Aircraft.

  • Lazada will refund you the Commission related to any Failed Delivery or Order returned for Buyer convenience.

  • In the event of a Failed Delivery, Mesa shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain the applicable Aircraft as soon as practicable after the Scheduled Delivery Date.

  • MSL UK LTD shall immediately notify the Customer in the event that the Ordered Goods are not delivered on the Delivery Date (Failed Delivery).

  • Payment for Failed Delivery 26 to 40 Business Days following the Delivery Day (D+26 to D+40) By 10:00 CET Seller makes payment for the failed deliveries.
