FAID definition

FAID shall have the meaning specified in the recitals hereto.
FAID means the Fatigue Audit Inter-Dyne score referred to in the CareFlight Fatigue Risk Management Sydney (FRMS) approved by CASA.

  • Each of FAI, FAID and the WY LLC is, and at all times since November 6, 1986 has been, in material compliance with the requirements of the Immigration Reform Control Act of 1986.
