Factual Data definition

Factual Data is a registered trademark used by the Company to identify its services and such mark ▇▇ protected by registration in the name of the Company on the principal register of the United States Patent Office. There is no right under any Intangible necessary to the business of the Company as presently conducted or as the Prospectus indicates it contemplates conducting (except as may be so designated in the Prospectus). The Company has not infringed, is not infringing, and has not received notice of infringement with respect to asserted Intangibles of others. To the knowledge of the Company, there is no infringement by others of Intangibles of the Company. To the knowledge of the Company, there is no Intangible of others which has had or may in the future have a materially adverse effect on the financial condition, results of operations, business, properties, assets, liabilities, or future prospects of the Company.
