Factory Outlets definition
Factory Outlets means the brick and mortar stores in the Territory owned and operated by the Licensee, its Sub-Licensees or its Distributors, which have been approved by the Licensor for the ongoing disposal of Leftovers and, as the case may be, of certain Lacoste Accessories [***].
Factory Outlets means the stores in the Territory owned and operated by the Master Licensee, its Sub-Licensees or its Distributors, which stores have been approved by the Licensor for the ongoing disposal of end-of-season Lacoste Watches, Seconds and, as the case may be, of certain Other Lacoste Products; provided, however, that notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained
Factory Outlets means the stores in the Territory owned and operated by the Master Licensee, its Sub-Licensees or its Distributors, which stores have been approved by the Licensor for the ongoing disposal of end-of-season Lacoste Watches, Seconds and, as the case may be, of certain Other Lacoste Products; provided, however, that notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, all such stores operated by the Master Licensee shall automatically be deemed approved.

The Master Licensee, its Sub-Licensees and its Distributors shall include appropriate terms to this effect in the agreements they shall enter into with the Approved Watches Retailers, Factory Outlets, Off-Price Retailers and members of the "Lacoste Boutiques and Lacoste Corners" Selective Distribution System.
No advertising may be carried out in association with the sale of Seconds by the Factory Outlets and the Off-Price Retailers.
