Factory Inspection Report definition

Factory Inspection Report means the report to be furnished by the Manufacturer or the Contractor as per Clause 5 of the SCC.

  • Upon satisfactory Factory Inspection conducted under the responsibility of the CB in accordance to LOVAG Factory Inspection requirements (see Annex 4), a LOVAG Factory Inspection Report (LOVAG FIR) is issued by the responsible CB to a given identified site of production for the product for which a LOVAG Type Certificate has been issued.

  • Upon our determination that your Product(s) is/are eligible for UL-AU Mark Service, we will prepare a UL-AU Mark Scheme Factory Inspection Report for each Production Site and provide this to the Applicant and to the Production Site.

  • If during the UL-JP Factory inspection any non-compliance with UL-JP Requirement(s) is found, the number of UL-JP Factory Inspection visits will increase according to the UL-JP Factory Inspection Report.

  • Upon our determination that your Product(s) is/are eligible for UL-JP Mark Service, we will prepare a UL-JP Factory Inspection Report for each Production Site and provide this to the Applicant (and in case of findings of non-compliance during the UL-JP Factory Inspection this report will also be provided to the Production Site).
