Factory Inspection definition

Factory Inspection means the Physical Inspection to be carried out at the Contractors’ premises of the Supplies and Services in accordance with the overall test and evaluation plan;
Factory Inspection means the inspection carried out by manufacture before ship the equipment or materials to the Owner to ensure the performance on manufacture's responsibilities.
Factory Inspection means the process of inspecting the manufacturing premises, equipment’s, product and marketing documentation, quality control, process validation, verifying the procedures and records related to the activities of the manufacturing unit etc.

Examples of Factory Inspection in a sentence

  • The Factory Inspection Plan will contain at least the following information: main components; serial number(s) of the components to be tested; type of test (description, qualitative/quantitative, short description); variables to be measured; expected duration of the test; and location of the test.

  • In order to maintain the Full Licence, a satisfactory yearly follow-up Factory Inspection and a satisfactory Market Surveillance are required.

  • Upon satisfactory Factory Inspection conducted under the responsibility of the CB in accordance to LOVAG Factory Inspection requirements (see Annex 4), a LOVAG Factory Inspection Report (LOVAG FIR) is issued by the responsible CB to a given identified site of production for the product for which a LOVAG Type Certificate has been issued.

  • The Implementation Partner shall mail the following documents to MSEGS -  3 copies of the invoice showing systems description, quantity, unit price, total amount  ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s receipt/acknowledgement of receipt of systems  Manufacturer’s/Supplier’s warranty certificate  Factory Inspection Certificates.

  • The Designer will attend one (1) Factory Inspection Test for the 400Hz SSFC units to ensure the manufacturer has completed the construction of the equipment in accordance with all design drawing and technical specifications.

  • You expressly acknowledge and agree that UL-JP Factory Inspection Services does not in any way relieve you of any responsibility for the design, manufacture, testing, marketing, and sale of its Product(s).

  • If during the UL-JP Factory inspection any non-compliance with UL-JP Requirement(s) is found, the number of UL-JP Factory Inspection visits will increase according to the UL-JP Factory Inspection Report.

  • Unless we expressly agree in writing otherwise, we will bill the Applicant for the UL-JP Factory Inspection Service at our then-current rates, which we may, in our sole discretion, and upon notice to the Applicant, change from time to time.
