Factory-built structure definition

Factory-built structure means any structure which is, wholly or in substantial part, made, fabricated, formed, or assembled in manufacturing facilities for installation, or assembly and installation, on a building site. “Factory-built structure” includes the termsmobile home”, “manufactured home”, and “modular home”.
Factory-built structure means any building or building component, including a manufactured home, a mobile home or a modular building, that is of closed construction and is entirely or substantially prefabricated or assembled at a place other than the building site.
Factory-built structure means any structure or portion thereof which is: designed for use as a building other than a dwelling; prefabricated or assembled at a place other than the building site.
