  • Any disputes among the ACP Carrier a Platform Factor in respect of the matters set forth herein (a “Dispute”) shall be settled among such parties in accordance with dispute settlement procedures set out in Platform Factor Agreement and no party shall make a claim against TessPay Services in respect of such Dispute.
