Facsimile signature means a reproduction by engraving, imprinting, stamping, or other means of the manual signature of an authorized officer.
E-Signature means the process of attaching to or logically associating with an Electronic Transmission an electronic symbol, encryption, digital signature or process (including the name or an abbreviation of the name of the party transmitting the Electronic Transmission) with the intent to sign, authenticate or accept such Electronic Transmission.
Facsimile machine means a machine that can send and receive a facsimile transmission.

Telefacsimile means a system of transmitting and reproducing fixed graphic material (as, for example, printing) by means of signals transmitted over telephone lines or over the Internet.
Signatories Each individual signatory hereto represents and warrants that he is duly authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of his principal and that he executes the Agreement in such capacity and not as a party.

Electronic Transmission means each document, instruction, authorization, file, information and any other communication transmitted, posted or otherwise made or communicated by e-mail or E-Fax, or otherwise to or from an E-System or other equivalent service.
Scan means the complete process of collecting x-ray transmission data for the production of a tomogram. Data can be collected simultaneously during a single scan for the production of one or more tomograms.
Authentic means genuine; purchased from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (“OEM”), Original Component Manufacturer (“OCM”) or through the OEM’s/OCM’s authorized dealers; and manufactured by, or at the behest and to the standards of, the manufacturer that has lawfully applied its name and trademark for that model/version of the material. “Authorized Dealer” means a dealer or distributor that purchases directly from the OEM or OCM and is authorized or franchised by the OEM or OCM to sell or distribute the OEM’s/OCM’s products.
