Facility Worker definition

Facility Worker means any individual who provides services to any Seller at or in connection with the operation of any Facility pursuant to an employee leasing agreement between the employer of such individual and any Seller;
Facility Worker means a person identified in Column 3 of Schedule 3 for that facility,but does not include an excluded worker;
