Facility Systems definition

Facility Systems means the plumbing, electrical, fire protection, life safety, security and other mechanical, electrical, and communications systems of the Facility.
Facility Systems means the mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural and other systems for the operation of Suite B, including, without limitation, card-key security, fire alarm and sound systems that plays audio throughout the Building at any time during the Term herein.
