Facility Survey definition

Facility Survey means an on-site inspection of a Non-MOB Facility by a Health Care Authority with jurisdiction over the Non-MOB Facility to determine if the Operating Lessee, each Master Tenant and each Subtenant are meeting minimum quality and performance standards, including meeting licensing requirements and conditions of participation in Programs.
Facility Survey means a thorough inspection for asbestos of the affected facility or part of a facility where the renovation or demolition operation will occur, as required by Section (d).
