In extraordinary circumstances, with clinical justification, the Facility Superintendent may authorize an alternate level of supervision.
The ISP shall be revised annually and more often as needed, and shall be put into effect within thirty days of its preparation, unless, because of extraordinary circumstances, the Facility Superintendent grants a written extension.
