Facility Study definition

Facility Study means study performed pursuant to the December 14, 2006 Agreement consistent with the requirements of Section 19.4 of the NYISO open access transmission tariff on file with and accepted by the.
Facility Study means, for each proposal selected by PREPA for phase III evaluation and contract negotiation of proposals under the RFP, an engineering study to determine required additions or modifications to the Grid System, including the cost and scheduled completion date for such additions or modifications, required to provide grid support services needed to integrate the Facility into the Grid System.
Facility Study means an engineering study conducted by the Transmission Provider to determine the required modifications to the Transmission Provider’s transmission system that will be required to provide the requested transmission service, including the cost and scheduled completion date for such modifications.

  • If a Facility Study is determined to be needed, then Applicant will need to separately authorize (and pay for) such a study.

Facility Study shall have the meaning set forth in the fourth Recital above. The Facility Study is set forth in Attachment 1 to Exhibit A to this Agreement.

  • Phase III Study means a human clinical trial that is prospectively designed to demonstrate statistically whether a product is safe and effective for use in humans in a manner sufficient to obtain regulatory approval to market such product in patients having the disease or condition being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(c) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Feasibility Study means the evaluation and analysis of the potential of a project, which aims at supporting the process of decision-making by objectively and rationally uncovering its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as identifying the resources required to carry it through and ultimately its prospects for success;

  • Phase II Study means a human clinical trial, for which the primary endpoints include a determination of dose ranges and/or a preliminary determination of efficacy in patients being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(b) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Phase II Trial means a clinical trial of a Licensed Product, designated as a Phase II Trial and the principal purpose of which is to make a preliminary determination that such Licensed Product is safe and active in a patient population for its intended use and is designed to obtain sufficient information about such Licensed Product’s efficacy to permit the design of a Phase III Trial(s), and generally consistent with 21 CFR § 312.21(b). For purposes of this definition, Phase II trial shall specifically exclude expansion cohorts from Phase I Trial(s).

  • Phase I Study means a human clinical trial in any country that would satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(a) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.
