Facility Segment definition

Facility Segment means each segment of an Individual System comprised of facilities beginning at a Receipt Point and ending at a Delivery Point. If an Individual System does not contain any such distinct segment, then the term Facility Segment shall be synonymous with Individual System.

Facility Segment means, for any Individual System that is described on the applicable Midstream Agreement Addendum that includes a description of two or more Facility Segments, the distinct segment of such Individual System that is capable of being operated independently of the remaining portion of the Individual System. With respect to any Individual System that is not described in the applicable Midstream Agreement Addendum as having multiple Facility Segments, the term Facility Segment shall be synonymous with Individual System.

Facility Segment means a physically separate segment of the Gathering System constructed, owned (or leased) or acquired by Gatherer, whether now or in the future, to connect certain of the Well Pads to a Delivery Point, including all required Receipt Point interconnections, low-pressure gathering lines, compression facilities (including associated dehydration and treatment facilities), high-pressure gathering lines, meters and measurement facilities, Condensate collection, gathering, stabilization, handling and storage facilities, Delivery Point interconnections and all associated equipment and facilities constructed, owned (or leased) and operated or otherwise provided by Gatherer in connection therewith.

  • During such notice period, Developer, TxDOT and the Independent Engineer shall meet and confer and exchange information on a regular cooperative basis with the goal being TxDOT's and the Independent Engineer’s orderly, timely inspection and review of the applicable Facility Segment and the applicable Final Design Documents and Construction Documents, and TxDOT’s issuance of a written certificate of Substantial Completion.
