Facility Security Agent definition
Facility Security Agent means, with respect to any Purchased Asset that is in syndicated form, a security agent or a security trustee (if any) appointed by the lenders under such Purchased Asset to hold the benefit of any security agreements relating to such Purchased Asset on their behalf or under a parallel debt obligation.
