Facility Regulations definition

Facility Regulations means regulations as described in Schedule B attached, which must be adhered to by a person using a Refuse Disposal Facility.
Facility Regulations means these Parking Facility Operation and Management Regulations promulgated by the SFMTA, as amended from time to time.
