Facility Ratings definition
Facility Ratings means, with respect to any Rating Agency at any time, the rating assigned by such Rating Agency to the credit facility established by this Agreement.
Facility Ratings means the long term senior secured debt ratings of the facilities provided for in this Agreement from each of ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ and S&P, in each case on the Closing Date after giving pro forma effect to the Transactions.
Facility Ratings means, at any time, the ratings from S&P and Mood▇’▇, ▇▇ any, of the credit facility provided for in this Agreement.
