Automotive Maintenance Apprentice - Completed Third Year; A Facility person who can evidence they have successfully completed three (3) year of an automotive maintenance apprenticeship program which is acceptable to the company, will receive a premium of seventy-five cents ($0.75) for all hours worked.
Tool insurance covering fire and theft to a maximum of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) per Facility person with a one hundred dollar ($100.00) deductible shall be provided by the Company.
