Facility grounds definition

Facility grounds means all real property utilized by the facility in the conduct of its gaming activity, including the grandstand, concession stands, offices, parking lots, and any other areas under the jurisdiction of the commission.
Facility grounds means the outdoor area, adjacent to the facility, designated by an applicant or licensee for use by residents.

  • A User may only place temporary signs on Facility grounds during the actual hours of the scheduled Activity.

  • D9 You must not bring or keep in your room or on the Facility grounds any animal without our written consent.

  • We may give written consent to keep an animal in your room or on the Facility grounds but we may revoke such consent after consultation with you or your representative(s).

  • This includes all work details in the Facility, on the Facility grounds and in the community.

  • Use of dumpster on Facility grounds are reserved for Owner’s use, unless written permission is obtained.

  • Repair and maintenance services provided by Contractor shall be made on Facility grounds and shall include all travel, labor, parts, and materials necessary to maintain said equipment.

  • While reasonable rules, regulations and curfews may be imposed as necessary for the safety and comfort of dormitory residents, during non-working hours, workers must be free to go outside the Facility grounds.
