Facility CIB Requirements Statement means the CIB Requirements Statement provided by the Generator to meet the requirement in Regulation 27B of the Contracts for Difference (Allocation) Regulations 2014 in relation to the FiT CfD Application, as the same may have been revised or withdrawn by the Secretary of State from time to time;
