Facility care definition

Facility care means services provided in a facility that are in conformity with 42 USC 1396r and that are payable under sub. (6m).
Facility care. The church area used by your group must be left clean and orderly with church furniture and property returned to its designated place. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Kitchen RulesKitchen use must be specifically requested and authorized prior to your event. It must be left clean and orderly after use. Garbage and trash must be bagged and disposed of in the dumpster location. Church supplies are not to be used, except by church sponsored activities. Piano and organ use – Permission to use the piano, organ or other church owned instruments must be granted by the Director of Music. Piano and/or organ should not be moved except by permission from the Director of Music and may require the assistance of professional movers. If professional movers are required, the requesting group must pay for moving and for tuning the piano after repositioning. Sanctuary Sound System – The sanctuary sound system is available for use upon request. The system must be operated by trained congregation members or by individuals pre-approved by the Trustee Chairman or his designate, and may result in an additional fee. No other equipment may be attached to the church sound system without prior approval. No Smoking and No Alcohol Use Allowed – All members of all groups using our facilities shall abide at all times by a “no smoking” rule in all parts of the buildings and campus, including corridors, restrooms and parking lots. Alcohol consumption is not allowed on the church property, including all buildings and outdoor areas. Building Use – All groups agree to ensure all event participants leave the building after scheduled event. Breakage – All persons and/or groups using our facilities are expected to exercise reasonable care and judgement to prevent defacement, damage or breakage. Breakage continued – The Trustee Chairman, his designate or the Pastor will determine if the persons or group has acted carelessly or irresponsibly, causing more than normal wear and tear.
Facility care. Renter agrees to be responsible for the care and condition of the rental area during the occupancy and to return the area to ▇▇▇▇▇ in the same condition as the beginning of the rental period. Janitorial: Basic janitorial service to be provided at no additional charge (included in rental fee) for events with less than 100 attendees (minimal clean­up of grounds/stage, garbage cans, etc.). For events with 100 or more attendees, ▇▇▇▇▇ will charge an additional $75 janitorial fee.

  • You must exercise care in the use of the Housing Facility; care for and clean your unit; and abide by (i) all rules and regulations for Housing Facilities as described in the Campus Housing Community Standards set forth therein, and (ii) the University Code of Student Conduct.

  • Such services are covered when a Member is homebound for medical reasons, physically not able to obtain Medically Necessary care on an outpatient basis, under the care of a Physician and such care is given in place of Inpatient Hospital or Skilled Nursing Facility care.

  • Such services are covered when:  such care is given in place of Inpatient Hospital or Skilled Nursing Facility care and/or;  the Insured is not physically able to obtain Medically Necessary care on an outpatient basis; and/or  the Insured is under the care of a Physician; and/or  the Insured is homebound for medical reasons.

  • MSHO includes Elderly Waiver services for Enrollees who qualify, and one hundred and eighty (180) days of Nursing Facility care.

  • You must exercise care in the use of the Housing Facility; care for and clean your unit; and abide by (i) all rules and regulations for Housing Facilities as described in the University Housing Community Standards set forth therein, and (ii) the University Code of Student Conduct.

  • Charges for the termination of Pregnancy is covered only when Medically 3.2.7 Skilled Nursing Facility care.

  • Primary care giver" means a person who assumes the principal role of providing care and attention to a child.

  • Day Care means the care, assistance, and supervision of an individual who does not stay overnight. Individuals receiving day care services are included in the licensed capacity of a home as described in OAR 411-360-0060.

  • Nursing care means the practice of nursing by a licensed nurse, including tasks and functions relating to the provision of "nursing care" that are taught or delegated under specified conditions by a registered nurse to a person other than licensed nursing personnel, as governed by ORS chapter 678 and rules adopted by the Oregon State Board of Nursing in OAR chapter 851.
