Facility Budget definition
Facility Budget means the construction budget and schedule provided by the Lender (containing customary assumptions and qualifications) approved as reasonable by the Project Engineer prior to the making of the first Loan pursuant to this Agreement, and as it thereafter may be amended with the approval of the Lender.
Facility Budget has the meaning provided in Exhibit C.
Facility Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).

Facility Budget has the meaning set forth in SUBSECTION 5.1(v) of the Term Loan Agreement.
Facility Budget means, with respect to any Facility, the Facility Budget for such Facility delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 6.4(b)(ii) of the Participation Agreement as approved by the Administrative Agent, as amended from time to time as permitted by the Operative Agreements.
Facility Budget means the budget set forth in a Facility Plan for the construction and development of a Facility Opportunity, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.
Facility Budget. Manages the facilities budget, including strategic planning for future facility maintenance, build outs, etc. Strives to stay within budget and ensure good communications of budget goals. • Problem Solving: Uses diagnosing skills and technical knowledge to determine root causes of problems and initiates short- and long-term corrective actions. Is pro-active, seeking to prevent problems from occurring rather than only reacting to problems. • Work Order request: Develops and maintains a closed-loop work order system for Coworkers who request facilities services. • Building Maintenance: Responsible for all mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and electrical aspects of the facility. Assures neat, clean, and organized building and grounds. Assures the existence of appropriate, accurate, and current documentation as needed. This can include such things as building supplies, preventative maintenance records, procedures, warranties, etc. Manages all building construction and remodeling projects to ensure efficient and timely completion within defined budgets.
