Facility Benefits definition

Facility Benefits means production tax credits, investment tax credits, or other direct, third-party federal, state or local subsidies, incentives, grants, credits, rebates or funding for the purchase, ownership, construction or operation of the Facility, or the generation of electricity or production of AECs by the Facility.

  • Disability benefits means any cash payments which are payable to a covered individual for all or part of a period of disability pursuant to P.L.1948, c.110 (C.43:21-25 et al.).

  • Relevant Benefits means any pension, annuity, lump sum, gratuity or other like benefit given or to be given on retirement or death, or in anticipation of retirement.

  • Social Security Benefit means the Primary Insurance Amount to which a Participant becomes entitled at age sixty-five (65) under Social Security legislation in effect on the earliest of his Normal Retirement Date, early retirement date or Termination Date.

  • Claim for Benefits means a request for a Plan benefit or benefits made by a Member in accordance with the Plan’s Appeals Procedures, including any Pre-Service Claims (requests for Prior Authorization) and Post-Service Claims (requests for benefit payment).

  • Annuity Benefit means a benefit payable by us as described in Part VII.

  • Primary Social Security Benefit means, with respect to any member, the primary insurance amount

Preservation of CBM for an LSE allows that entity to reduce its installed generating capacity below that which may otherwise have been necessary without interconnections to meet its generation reliability requirements. The transmission transfer capability preserved as CBM is intended to be used by the LSE only in times of emergency generation deficiencies.
