Facility B Advance definition

Facility B Advance means an Advance made pursuant to Section 2.1(b) hereof ------------------ -------------- in order to refinance the outstanding Facility B Advances under the Existing Credit Agreement as of the Agreement Date.

Facility B Advance means an advance made to UPC Distribution under Facility B.
