Facility Allocation definition

Facility Allocation means the process by which each Party allocates the Joint Use Facilities based upon established prioritization criteria when requests for the same space and timeslot are received.

Facility Allocation means the allocation of the Purchase Price among each of the Facilities set forth on Schedule 7.2 attached hereto (with the amount so allocated being such Facility’s “Facility Purchase Price”); the Facility Allocation also sets forth each Facility’s Pro-Rata Percentage.

Examples of Facility Allocation in a sentence

  • The amount of interest payable on any Detention Facility Allocation shall never exceed the amount of interest payable on the Detention Facility Allocation pursuant to the Developer Participation Contract under which the Detention Facility was constructed.
