Facilities or programs providing detoxification services must have a letter of approval or license from OHA.
In the event that contributions of money or property are made to the Lessee/Operator for the purchase of equipment or other articles specifically for use or location within the Service Area, the Lessee/Operator may accept such gifts on behalf of the Borough, and the Lessee/Operator shall comply with the wishes of the donor insofar as they are compatible with the operation of the Medical Facilities or programs operated by CPGH, Inc.
