FACIL definition

FACIL means “Fonds d’Actions Concertées d’Initiative Locale”, a financing structure (a pilot fund) which channels funds under the management of CTNSC and whose purpose is to improve, through direct financing of eligible Beneficiaries, the living conditions of the local population by helping to provide them with better access to basic socio-economic infrastructure and services and promote income-generating and capacity building activities;
