Facelift Cloud is a platform for process support and implementation of digital marketing with focus on social media for companies. The “Facelift Cloud” software makes it is possible to record and moderate the profiles in social networks with content. Moreover, you can organize sweepstakes and place ads. The personal data collected from social networks or sweepstakes will be stored in a data center of the Contractor and made available for use with the software. This Commissioned Order Processing Agreement governs the data protection rights and obligations of the underlying Contractual relationship. In the context of this contractual relationship, the following types of data is affected: • Person master data (last name, first name, date of birth) • Communication data (address, email address, telephone, user ID from social networks) • Communication history (postings, comments and messages from social networks) • Free data fields (Client defines data type) The categories of data subjects comprise: • Employee of the Client • Customers of the Client • Prospective customers of the Client • Users of the Client’s profiles in social networks • Participants of digital marketing campaigns of the Client
