Facebook Data definition

Facebook Data means all data or information (including, without limitation, data or information received from or about Facebook Users) you or any of your Affiliates receive or received directly from or through Facebook (including, without limitation, any data or information that you or any of your Affiliates knowingly receive or received directly from a third party that received, directly, such data or information from or through Facebook), or any data or information derived therefrom (including, without limitation, data or information that can be reversed engineered to data or information that you received from or through Facebook). By way of example only, and without limitation, a friend list that originated from or through [*] CERTAIN CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS DOCUMENT, MARKED BY BRACKETS, HAS BEEN OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO RULE 406 OF THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933, AS AMENDED. Facebook would constitute Facebook Data and your use of such friend list would result in all Zynga Services containing, incorporating, or utilizing such Facebook Data being a Covered Zynga Service. For purposes of clarity and illustration (but without limitation), the utilization, incorporation or containment of the following game-derived data for a user in a Zynga Service would not constitute Facebook Data and would not, in and of itself, cause such Zynga Service to be deemed a Covered Zynga Service: such user’s experience points with you, any of your virtual goods purchased by such user, and the game level achieved by such user in your game.
Facebook Data means any and all data and information received, stored, collected or otherwise obtained or accessed by or made available to Company in connection with this Agreement, performance of this Agreement, access to any Sites (defined below) or any Systems (defined below) regarding any aspect of Facebook’s business, including all personally identifiable information and all other data or information concerning or provided by or on behalf of any Facebook employee, User, business partner or content provider, and other information such as system procedures, employment practices, finances, inventions, business methodologies, trade secrets, copyrightable and patentable subject matter.
Facebook Data means any and all data and information received, stored, collected, derived, generated, or otherwise obtained or accessed by Vendor in connection with this Agreement, performance of the Services, or if applicable, access to any Facebook properties, sites or any Systems (defined below) regarding any aspect of Facebook’s business, including all personally identifiable information and all other data or information (which, for the avoidance of doubt, includes all personal data within the meaning of Directive 95/46/EC (“Personal Data”)) provided by or on behalf of any Facebook user, advertiser, business partner or content provider, and other information such as system procedures, employment practices, finances, inventions, business methodologies, trade secrets, copyrightable and patentable subject matter including without limitation information which Facebook inputs, or provides to Vendor for inputting, into the Product.

  • Further, Your Application may not provide an automated mechanism that transfers only the Facebook Data portions of the end-user’s Address Book altogether to a location off of the end-user’s device.

  • Facebook may provide Authorized Individuals user credentials required to access Facebook Data (“Access Credentials”) and may require multi-factor authentication in order to access Facebook Data.

  • Facebook may require that certain Facebook Data be accessed only from locations specified by Facebook, including, for example, a secure location on Facebook-controlled premises (the “Site”).

  • Facebook reserves the right to suspend or revoke Access Credentials and access to the Facebook Data at any time, including in the event of any actual or suspected misuse or abuse of Access Credentials, or any failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this Addendum.

  • Hold Facebook Data in strict confidence and not disclose, transfer, or grant access to Facebook Data to any other person without the prior written permission of Facebook, except where such disclosure or transfer is required by applicable law.

  • Each Data Access Request must identify (i) the specific Facebook Data requested, (ii) the individuals who would have access to such Facebook Data, (iii) the intended use of such Facebook Data, (iv) the period of time during which access to such Facebook Data is needed, and (v) any other information relevant to Facebook’s review of the Data Access Request or requested by Facebook.
