Fabrication Business definition

Fabrication Business means the compression unit fabrication business of the Company. “Final Net Cash” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(b).
Fabrication Business means the portion of the Business consisting of manufacturing and distributing copper, brass and other copper alloys fabricated parts and the related research and development activities but excluding the ammunition and ammunition component manufacturing and distribution business and related research and development activities.
