Fabco definition

Fabco means Compaq, or any manufacturing company that has agreed to make Licensed Products for Compaq pursuant to the license rights acquired under this Agreement. Fabco shall include any of Fabco's subcontractors engaged to package, test or otherwise assist in the completion or support of the Licensed Products.
Fabco is the name which was given to the entity now known as USC under the Foundry Venture Agreement, the Foundry Capacity Agreement, and the Technology Transfer and License Agreement.
Fabco means Fab 5 Investments Ltd.

Examples of Fabco in a sentence

  • Compaq agrees to cease all sale and use of Licensed Products except that Compaq may finish manufacturing and selling any Licensed Products either in process, or already manufactured by Fabco and/or subcontractors.
