FA Notes definition
FA Notes has the meaning set forth in the LLC Agreement.
FA Notes means notes issued prior to the Closing by an employee employed in the Contributed Businesses (as defined in the Formation Agreement) to Wachovia, Prudential, or any of their Subsidiaries, which are payable in full to the holder thereof upon termination of such employee's employment.
