FA Business definition
FA Business means the business of the Company and RLI related to the FA Contracts, including issuing, underwriting, selling, distributing, marketing, delivering, cancelling, reinsuring and administering the FA Contracts.
FA Business means the business of the Company and RLI related to the FA Contracts, including issuing, underwriting, selling, distributing, marketing, delivering, cancelling, reinsuring and administering the FA Contracts. “ FA Business Reinsurance Agreements ” means, collectively, the Company FA Business Reinsurance Agreement and the RLI FA Business Reinsurance Agreement.
