  • The User shall notify SP eCommerce immediately of any unauthorised use of the User’s ezyCommerce Account.

  • SP eCommerce shall also have the right to reject any Products which are not labelled in accordance with the instructions provided by SP eCommerce at the time of the User’s creation of the ezyCommerce Account, as may be amended or supplemented from time to time by SP eCommerce.
