EZ Bonds definition

EZ Bonds means one or more series of enterprise zone bonds to be issued by the DDA to finance the acquisition, construction and equipping of the Project and related development costs and to make reimbursements for that portion of any Cost Advances which constitute Reimbursable Project Costs and secured by the Enterprise Zone Infrastructure Fees collected in the Gulch Enterprise Zone, all as provided in O.C.G.A. §36-88-6(g)(2), subject to and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Gulch Enterprise Zone Legislation.
