EYSEC Law definition

EYSEC Law means the Law which provides for the Provision of Investment Services, the Exercise of Investment Activities, the Operation of Regulated Markets and other related matters (Law 87(I)/2017), the Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering Activities Law, the Directives, Circulars and all other regulations issued pursuant to these Laws and all guidance notes, administrative notices, newsletters and rules published by the CySEC.

  • Company Law means the Companies Law (as amended) of the Cayman Islands.

  • Corporations Law means the Corporations Law of the Commonwealth of Australia as applying in each State and Territory of Australia;

  • Companies Law means the Companies Law (2018 Revision) of the Cayman Islands, as amended from time to time.

  • Israeli Companies Law means the Israeli Companies Law, 5759-1999, as amended, and the regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • bye-law means a bye-law framed by the corporation under this Act;
