Eyeglasses definition

Eyeglasses means a pair of lenses mounted in a frame and other aids to vision prescribed by an optometrist or ophthalmologist.
Eyeglasses means lenses, including frames where nec- essary, and other aids to vision prescribed by a physician skilled in diseases of the eye or by a licensed optometrist.
