Extraordinary Publication Date definition

Extraordinary Publication Date means the Business Day on which a Reviewed Interim Measurement is published upon the instruction of the FINMA, after the FINMA has determined that the conditions for issuing a Trigger Event Write-down Notice in accordance with Condition 6 (Contingent Write-down) have been met.
Extraordinary Publication Date means the Business Day on which a Reviewed Interim Measurement is published upon the instruction of FINMA, after FINMA has determined that the conditions for issuing a Trigger Event Notice in accordance with Condition 7 (Trigger Event and Viability Event) have been met.
