Extraneous Event definition
Extraneous Event means any failure in the generation and delivery of Energy by the Facility for which relief is afforded the RE Supplier under section 15.0 or which is attributable to any curtailment, reduction or interruption by the System Operator of such generation or delivery pursuant to the Interconnection Agreement (but, for certainty, excluding any curtailment, reduction or interruption which arises due to operation of the Facility in a manner that is inconsistent with Good Utility Practice, the or in a manner which is non-compliant with the Interconnection Agreement or the Technical Specifications).
