extractive materials definition
extractive materials means soil, sand, gravel, rock, stone or other materials extracted from the earth but does not include regulated substances.
extractive materials means all minerals, limestone, dolomite, vermiculite, ores, stone, rock, sand, gravel, clay, dirt, overburden, Coal, Oil, Gas and all other products produced, mined, refined, or otherwise obtained from said items, in and under or which may be extracted from or attributable to the Land and/or Mortgagor’s interest therein.
