extra shift means any shift worked in a department on Friday night shift, Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Friday night shift to Saturday afternoon shift will be recorded on one list, and Saturday night shift, Sundays and Holidays will be recorded on a separate list and scheduled accordingly.
