Extortion or Solicitation definition
Extortion or Solicitation means the demanding of a bribe, whether or not coupled with a threat if the demand is refused. “Force Majeure Event” shall have the meaning set forth in Part V of the General Conditions.

Each Party will oppose any attempt of Extortion or Solicitation and is encouraged to report such attempts through available formal or informal reporting mechanisms, unless such reporting is deemed to be counter-productive under the circumstances. “Euro” или “EUR” или «Евро» или «€» означает официальную валюту Европейского Союза. «Вымогательство или Подстрекательство» означает требование дачи взятки, независимо от того, сопровождается ли это угрозой при отказе удовлетворения требования. Каждая Сторона должна противостоять попытке Вымогательства или Подстрекательства и должна содействовать информированию о таких попытках посредством имеющихся формальных и неформальных механизмов информирования, если только такое информирование не приведет к обратному результату при таких обстоятельствах.
