External System definition

External System means, in relation to an Externally Interconnected Party, the transmission or distribution system which it owns or operates and any Apparatus or Plant which connects that system to the External Interconnection and which is owned or operated by such Externally Interconnected Party;
External System means a system therenovation of which is not controlled by the insured depository institution, including systems provided by service providers and any interfaces with external third partysuppliers and other material third parties.
