External Sewer Line definition

External Sewer Line means the section of the private lateral sewer service line You own that collects and conveys household sewage from Your Dwelling. This Agreement covers the portion of Your External Sewer Line that is the most direct line between the main sewer line and Your Dwelling that You are responsible for, as specified by Your city or municipality.

  • The determination of whether, and with what, to repair, reline, or replace Your External Sewer Line is at Our sole discretion.

  • During the term of coverage, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, We agree, in the event of a covered Breakdown, to arrange for a service provider to repair, reline, or replace the External Water line or External Sewer Line, if indicated with an “X” as purchase on Declaration Page, the indicated as covered and located at the address listed on the Declaration Page.

  • external borders means external borders as defined in point 2 of Article 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/399;

  • Local Interconnection Trunks/Trunk Groups means the trunks that are used for the termination of Local Exchange Traffic, pursuant to iconectiv Technical Reference GR 317-CORE.

  • Small municipal separate storm sewer system or "small MS4" means all separate storm sewers that are (i) owned or operated by the United States, a state, city, town, borough, county, parish, district, association, or other public body (created by or pursuant to state law) having jurisdiction over disposal of sewage, industrial wastes, stormwater, or other wastes, including special districts under state law such as a sewer district, flood control district or drainage district, or similar entity, or an Indian tribe or an authorized Indian tribal organization, or a designated and approved management agency under § 208 of the CWA that discharges to surface waters and (ii) not defined as "large" or "medium" municipal separate storm sewer systems or designated under 4VAC50-60-380 A 1. This term includes systems similar to separate storm sewer systems in municipalities, such as systems at military bases, large hospital or prison complexes, and highway and other thoroughfares. The term does not include separate storm sewers in very discrete areas, such as individual buildings.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Public garage means a building or other place where vehicles or vessels are kept and stored and where a charge is made for the storage and keeping of vehicles and vessels.

  • External Verifier means any qualified provider of third party assurance or attestation services or other independent expert of internationally recognised standing appointed by the Issuer, in each case with the expertise necessary to perform the functions required to be performed by the External Verifier under these Conditions, as determined in good faith by the Issuer;

  • Combined sewer system means a system for conveying both sanitary sewage and storm water runoff.

  • External Manager means either of the following: (1) A person who is seeking to be, or is, retained by a board or an investment vehicle to manage a portfolio of securities or other assets for compensation, or (2) A person who manages an investment fund and who offers or sells, or has offered or sold, an ownership interest in the investment fund to a board or an investment vehicle.

  • Internal Use means use of the Sprinklr Services for Customer’s and/or Customer Affiliates’ general business use, solely for the benefit of Customer and/or Customer Affiliates, but does not include use of the Sprinklr Services to provide any services for the benefit of third parties.
