External Product definition

External Product means any compound or product other than (a) a Licensed Antibody or (b) Product containing [***] Licensed Antibodies.
External Product means a product or service that is licensed to, sold to, or otherwise made available to Commercial End Users. [***]

  • The payment of royalties hereunder shall be limited to only one royalty payment with respect to a single unit of an External Product regardless of the number of claims within the Whittier Patent such External Product, but for the License Rights, would have infringed.
