External Networks definition

External Networks means statewide, nationwide or other health information exchange networks, including but not limited to the SHIN-NY (defined in Section 1.21), which enable the secure exchange of health information among authorized parties.
External Networks means statewide, nationwide or other health information exchange networks, including, but not limited to, the P3N, which enable the secure exchange of health information among authorized Parties, all in accordance with the CPC Policies and CPC Technical Requirements as well as Flow Down Provisions.
