External Line definition

External Line means any arrangement (other than pursuant to this Agreement or the Senior Debt Documents) with any commercial bank pursuant to which such commercial bank has agreed (whether or not such agreement shall constitute a committed facility or shall otherwise be legally enforceable) to make unsecured loans or extend credit on an unsecured basis to one or more Borrowers up to a specified amount either on a demand basis or for periods of not in excess of 270 days or any similar financing arrangement commonly known as a "line of credit".
